Privacy

This open beta stores the account and campaign data you add so the app can provide world-building, collaboration, player sharing, media storage, and AI-assisted drafting features.

Stored data can include your email address, display name, workspace content, notes, uploaded media, generated drafts, audit events, IP address, user agent, and operational logs needed to secure and run the service.

Email is used for account verification, password reset, operational support, and direct beta feedback. The app does not sell personal data.

AI features may send the prompt and selected workspace context needed for generation to the configured AI provider. Avoid adding secrets, payment details, or sensitive personal information to prompts or campaign content.

AI interaction summaries are retained for 90 days by default and audit events for 365 days; operators may shorten those periods. Encrypted backups can retain deleted records until their documented backup retention window expires.

You can permanently delete individual owned workspaces or the entire account from the data deletion page. Account deletion includes integrated Homebrew Lab records and media. Contributions in someone else's workspace retain only a tombstoned author so shared campaign content is not silently destroyed.
